Watching Over One another in Love – November 2020

Dear Friends,

“I will make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert” . Isaiah 43:19 (NRSV)

Greetings and blessings to you.

Have you ever struggled with fear, insecurity, or doubt? You are not alone. The early believers of the church, found in the book of Acts, certainly did! I am sure most of us do so today. Hence, my reason for writing this  letter to you my dear friends, brothers, and sisters in Christ to give you  a message of hope and encouragement  as we face yet  another Lock down, following the Government announcement.

I am calling on us to keep holding on to our faith and to remain in prayer. Let us not give up on praying for the world and for ourselves in these difficult times. While our prayers may not always be answered as immediately as Elijah’s was, we can be assured that God hears them (Psalm 34:17). The Bible reminds us that He treasures our prayers so much that He keeps them before Him in “golden bowls,” like precious incense (Revelation 5:8).

Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning, and for that reason we proclaim, ‘great is Your faithfulness’.

Stay well and stay safe!

Your Friend & Minister,

Revd. Adam Nyawo
