Café Together is part of The Shelter Project Hounslow (TSPH); a collective of west London churches that originally came together in January 2012 to provide respite care for rough sleepers over the harshest months of the winter. A place to come to have a coffee or tea, to sit, chat or read, have a light snack at lunchtime, and to meet friends and enjoy some company.
